SHIPPING INFORMATION
As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock arrival and your delivery location.
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a card or notice with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please note that a signature may be required on delivery. To avoid delays, please ensure someone is available to sign, or provide a business address for daytime delivery.
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to sender, it will be sent back to the shop’s warehouse. The team will then contact you to confirm the delivery details before arranging re-dispatch.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. We are not responsible for delays after dispatch that are caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, or other factors outside our control. No damages or compensation will be payable for delivery delays. However, if your order has not been delivered within 21 days of the estimated delivery date, and the delay is not caused by force majeure or contributed to by you, the purchase may be cancelled and refunded to the amount paid, excluding any other damages or compensation.
We are also not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or any other additional charges associated with delivery.

For items that are in stock, orders are generally dispatched within 48 working hours. Delivery within Australia usually takes approximately 7 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.
International orders may take up to 10 working days to process. Once dispatched, please allow approximately 14 to 21 days for delivery, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
